ICONIX INTERNATIONAL COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ICONIX MENA LIMITED, ICONIX EUROPE LLC, AND ICONIX SE ASIA LIMITED

Brand management company Iconix International has now completed its acquisition of the remaining interests in Iconix MENA Limited, Iconix Europe LLC and Iconix SE Asia Limited from GIHCL, after GIHCL entered administration in late 2021.
